Our Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship requires a person with a strong interest in technology and digital solution. 

Apprenticeship entry qualifications are flexible however ideally the candidates should have three A Levels at grade C or above, preferably in related subjects such as Maths, Science and IT, or a BTEC Extended Diploma at MMM, or equivalent. Level 2 English and Maths at 4/C or above is desirable.

The apprenticeship will run for a 5 year period with a starting salary of £14,200 per annum with performance linked progression to £19,200 per annum through 12 salary increments over 24 months followed by a salary of between £25,000 to £41,000 for years 3 to 5

Qualification – Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship, BSc (Hons) at UWE Weston part time leading to a Digital and Technology Solutions Degree BSc (Hons)

The company has a Mentor Scheme in place giving all apprentices a named senior employee who they will be in contact with who can advise on all aspects of the apprenticeship including career development and practical task-oriented advice.

Administration Apprenticeship Specifics

You will be working closely with the administration team, learning there day to day tasks. This is likely to include talking to customers and clients over the telephone and computer based work primarily using Word, Google Docs and Excel. The job will be incredibly varied, with every day being different from the day before. You may be asked to complete some ad hoc tasks. You will also gain experience with the Managing Director’s Personal Assistant, experiencing their daily tasks. You will develop your communication and organisational skills giving you transferable knowledge and useful skills for any administration based career.

Our company operates within the horticultural sector providing advice and information on a wide range of subjects related to horticulture, conservation and environmental issues to clients all over the world.
